A martial arts home in Sterling Heights.

Allegiance Gym opened in Sterling Heights, MI in 2015 as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts academy, affiliated with Cascao Jiu Jitsu. Our jiu jitsu program runs under the Allegiance Cascao Jiu Jitsuname — lineage from Walter “Cascao” Vital through Victor Torres and Matheus Veloso De Brito to head instructor Chris Wisniewski. We teach BJJ, Muay Thai, MMA, and kids jiu jitsu — plus submission grappling, boxing, wrestling, and live sparring — to everyone from first-day beginners to competitive athletes.

Our primary focus and commitment is to improve the lives of our patrons through the training and discipline of martial arts.

That's not a marketing line — it's the reason the doors opened and the reason members keep showing up. Martial arts reshape how you handle pressure, how you treat the people next to you, and how you respond when things get hard. The mat is the classroom; the rest of life is the test.

Whether you're here to compete, to lose weight, to defend yourself, or just to learn something hard and do it well — you'll find a training partner and an instructor who takes your progress seriously.
